Message dated April 25 was read, stating the House passed and                  
returned for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 207 An Act relating                 
to the establishment and enforcement of medical support orders for             
children; and providing for an effective date with the following               
amendment:

An Act relating to the establishment and                                       
enforcement of medical support orders for children;                            
amending Rule 90.3, Alaska Rules of Civil                                      
Procedure; and providing for an effective date.

amendment and recommended the body vote no.
